If you have a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Services service@isagold.ae so that we may attempt to resolve it. Please keep in mind that because the price of precious metals fluctuates, we are not able to take returns without a cause. Therefore, our return policy is as follows:

We guarantee the product to be as specified in the product description. If there is a problem with the quality of the product as described on the site, we reserve the right to replace the product or refund your money.

To return an order to us: The customer must contactus at info@isagold.ae and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) PRIOR to shipping the item(s). Without a Return Authorization number (RA#), we may not accept the return package.
